On-site weld quality audits (visual inspection, macro-etch, and failure mode analysis.) Cycle time improvements. Engineering and process changes. WPS and weld process data sheets.
On-staff CWI for welder qualificaton testing and certification. Presentations for weld theory and hands on applications.
We can support your skilled labor team for long or short-term projects, whether it be support for general labor, industrial maintenance, PLC, or robotic programmers.
We can assist your purchasing team with capital, production, or MRO purchasing. IWS can also put a liaison at your location or your tiered suppliers.
We work with your maintenance team to identify critical spare parts to ensure production is not interrupted. Min/max levels are set based on failure severity, lead time, stock availability, price, and other factors. The Crib layout is designed to fit your needs (point of use, point of sale, of critical stocking only).
IWS can design and source your packaging needs. We can handle prototype, production or service requirements.
Rigging crews, heavy lifts, and flatbed trucks available for the big jobs. We can handle jobs in Canada, US, and Mexico.
We can disassemble and move your existing production equipment. Ask us how we can decommission your equipment with zero net cost to you. We purchase whole spare parts cribs as well.
We can provide trained inspectors to support new program launches. Onsite inspectors for sorting or we can rework product at our location.
We purchase obsolete and non-conforming coil steel. You receive payment before our trucks are loaded. Just send us your grade, gauge, and width for a quote.
